Retrospecting the Roller Coaster Ride: 2020

Finally, the year is about to end but hardly the challenges and uncertainties. Their existence prevails indefinitely. Retrospecting year 2020 might sound tedious and mundane to many of us but I must say, it has been an “extraordinary year” at an individual as well as global level. It’s a year we might want to wash off from our subconscious mind but lets’ prefer to retain the lessons it taught to this inhumane human civilization. Personally, like everyone else I also kicked off 2019 and welcomed 2020 with great excitement, vigor and enthusiasm. My bucket list was ready, New Year resolutions were all set, strategies were well framed and targets seemed not so far. The start was quite decent but suddenly some catastrophic element poked and the world was completely changed. “Bloodshed and Deaths” engrossed 2020. Mental Health : A health and development issue

We can notice that how often we find ourselves and others saying " There's a lot of stress yaar". The question arises why so?? Why to believe in corona porona?? Why to believe in something as simply described as sardi khaasi. The answer lies in the term " Pandemic" itself which was designated to Covid in march itself. The pandemic simply means worldwide spread of a disease. I hope only this one liner definition gives you some reason to believe that covid exists for real. If not this then, through my blog, may be I could convince you for that its real. I do believe that everyone of you must attach more importance to people's lives rather than political statements on masks, to nurses and doctors but not absurd theories on immunity. Many people,I know, reject of coronavirus as it has very
